Two distinct phenotypes of newly-onset microscopic polyangiitis revealed by single-cell multi-omics analysis (Kumanogoh G, in Nat Commun.)

PRESS RELEASE

The research group of Masayuki Nishide, Kei Nishimura, and Atsushi Kumanogoh (Graduate School of Medicine, Osaka University/Immunopathology, IFReC) identified the immunological phenotypes of microscopic polyangiitis (MPA) by single cell multi omics analysis. They provide clinical insights for personalized treatment and accurate prognostic prediction.
