The Japanese Society for Immunology (JSI) announced Prof. Ken Ishii (Vaccine Science, IFReC/IMS, Univ Tokyo) won the JSI Award 2019 by his outstanding achievements in "The studies of mechanism of vaccine adjuvant and its clinical application".

Dr. Takeshi Inoue (Lymphocyte Differentiation, IFReC) won the JSI Young Investigator Award 2019 by the achievements "Elucidation of molecules that control B cell differentiation and activation".
