Yafei Liu (Graduate school Student, Immunochemistry) received "Chinese Government Award for outstanding self-financed students abroad 2022". Mr. Liu was awarded as one of 20 extraordinary top achievers. His awarded research theme is "An infectivity-enhancing site on the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein targeted by antibodies".

This award is the highest government award granted by the Chinese government to Chinese students overseas.
