IFReC participated in "Science Festa in Kyoto 2011".
"Science Festa in Kyoto", a scientific event for high school students began in 2010 organized by the Cabinet Office and others.

IFReC ran a booth at "Science Festa in Kyoto 2011" on December 17-18 with other WPI institutes. In the IFReC booth, we introduced WPI program and the researches of IFReC to high school students and various attendances. About 600 participants visited our booth over two days. Mr. Furukawa, Minister of Science and Technology Policy and Mr. Nakagawa, Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology visited "Festa", and looked around each WPI booth on December 17.
