Professor Shizuo AKIRA, Director of IFReC gave a lecture to the students of Osaka Prefectural Kozu High School on February 2.

Kozu High School is one of the leading high schools in Osaka, and Prof. AKIRA used to be a student there..
As the keynote speaker at "The Student Conference", Prof. AKIRA lectured his audience on "The mystery of immunity; a newly opened door to immunology", which explains his brilliant achievements in an easy-to-understand manner. The audience of more than 800 included not only students, but also their parents and teachers.
