The Winter School was organized jointly by IFReC and SIgN to provide a new annual educational venue for young researchers. The school will be held annually, with the location alternating between Japan and Singapore. In the first for the program, 2012, the Winter School will be held in Japan.

• A four-day intensive lecture series on immunology for Ph.D. students and post-doctoral fellows .
• Accommodations and travel expenses will be provided.
• A competitive screening and selection process will be conducted.
