Multi-trait and cross-population genome-wide association studies across autoimmune and allergic diseases identify shared and distinct genetic component (Y Okada G, in Ann Rheum Dis.)

Yukinori Okada (Statistical Immunology, IFReC/Graduate School of Medicine, Osaka University/RIKEN Center for Biomedical Research) and his research group analyzed the human genome information of 840,000 individuals, and identified their genetic characteristics common to autoimmune and allergic diseases.
